Every time I’m involved in a significant purchase like a home or car, I always say that the product quality is important, but the customer service is what makes for me the difference between a go or no go.
Mr. John Sharafati and his assistant Ms. Beverly gave us an excellent customer service from day one, and after the settlement. They were diligent, respectful, and more important, no pressure at all. That service was a key for customers like me that hate to be pressured.
Also I want to thank John, the project manager, that addressed all our walkthrough comments in a timely manner. My wife and I are very happy with our new house and the community.
Sales manager Scott and project manager Jason at Village Greens of Annapolis have provided wonderful service. They were trustworthy and upfront regarding all of our questions and concerns, and they have been very diligent in responding to our needs, throughout the sales and closing processes, and even in the months after we moved in.

They both were there with us day and night answering our many questions. The process was new to us and it was pretty frustrating sometimes but they stuck with us all the way to them end.
Not only are these homes beautiful they have a wonderful staff to welcome and help every customer.
They both always had smiles on their faces and they made us feel very welcomed, at ease and comfortable. They were not just trying to make a commission. They cared about our well being and even though we have been in our home for almost 8 months they still care and keep in touch.
It has been a year since we moved into our new home and thank you Craftmark for such amazing homes. Craftsmanship details and quality are unsurpassed and customer care is outstanding from start to finish. You are the best and I love our new home!

We moved into our new Craftmark Home at the Reserve at Black Rock. This is our 3rd house that we have had built and this by far was the best experience.
Elsa, our sales manager, was very responsive to our needs and very helpful in providing suggestions based on her experience with the model we decided on.
Larry, our building contact, was excellent at spearheading the overall project and delivered on everything he said he would at our initial meeting.
The key was they didn’t sweat the small stuff and provided improvements where needed because it was the “right thing to do” without nickel and diming us. Again, great overall experience and most importantly excellent craftsmanship!
I am a first time homeowner. I purchased my home through Alexis and I must say she made the whole experience pleasant. She was wonderful to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and quick with answers to any of my questions.

Craftmark Homes, Brian and Barb are simply amazing!
They not only paid attention to us before we decided to buy (at Woodmore Estates), but continued to accommodate all our changes as we requested while it was in building process. They helped us change our selections, make other minor changes in changing door directions, changing shower location and so many more things. We have heard from other family and friends that the their builders pretty much washed their hands after the closing…but that’s not Brian and Barb.
They continue to provide support and fixing little things here and there even now after we have moved in and always ask if everything is okay and if we need anything else. Brian literally came on his day off within half hour, just to make sure everything was okay with the water connection when we called him.
Other builders can learn some customer service lessons from these guys!
